Where we ship
FluffBounce currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
After processing, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Our products are shipped by our fulfillment partner from an overseas warehouse, so delivery takes longer than domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak seasons.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us at fluffbounce.support@gmail.com as soon as possible; we can update it only before the order ships.
Multiple packages
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipping, contact us at fluffbounce.support@gmail.com. See our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle lost packages.
